Introduction
In the last two decades water has been demonstrated to be a highly malleable substance, responsive in structure and functionality to electromagnetic, chemical, and mental influence. Levengood (2007) demonstrated that the charge density plasma of water is responsive to external perturbations. Rein, (2009) showed that the oxygen content of water is responsive to electromagnetic influence. The effects of healers proximate influence on water was demonstrated by Schwartz (1990), and Miller (1997). Tiller and Dibble showed that they could influence the Ph of water by intention alone (2009). Radin, Lund, Emoto Masaru, (2008), demonstrated that the form of crystallized water is responsive to distant intention .
